Meet with us 1-on-1 to discuss the details, answer questions, and perfectly plan your day!
All vendors will come to us to check in on your big day, so you don’t have to worry!
Both members of the CWE team will be at your event to ensure everything goes according to plan.
A full day of service (up to) 16 hours on the day of your event.

Wedding Planning

From the day you say Yes to the day you say I Do, we will be there to plan every detail to perfection!
Leave all the hours of research, contract negotiations, and countless emails to us! We will reach out to find vendors, discuss pricing, and present you with all of your options.
We will draft your day of timeline, help you stay on budget, and create checklists along the way to keep your wedding planning on track.
We will manage all communication with vendors prior to your wedding.
The CWE team will be at your rehearsal to ensure every detail is thought through before the big day, as well as Day of Coordination for the entire wedding day.
We will never get sick of hearing from you! (We’re kind of obsessed with your wedding)

Private Property Wedding Planning

This package is perfect for people hosting a backyard wedding, or a wedding on a family farm or property that is otherwise not used regularly as a wedding venue!
We have many years of experience perfecting backyard and nontraditional wedding venue weddings. These weddings need extra attention to detail as you essentially build your own venue, and our team is prepared to handle it!
